COVID-19 UPDATE

As the new season kicks off, Dr. Green continues to closely monitoring the current COVID-19 situation and we want to assure you that we are keenly focused on our customers’ and employees’ safety.  In addition to following the guidance of the World Health Organization and our Canadian and the Ontario Governments of Health Officials, we are taking the following precautions:

  1. First and foremost, we have a strict policy with our staff members to stay at home if they are feeling unwell or are showing any of the symptoms of illness or COVID-19.
  2. We are staggering the start times of all of our technicians to allow for only 2 people at any given time loading their individual vehicles each morning to keep group contact at a minimum.
  3. We require our technicians to wear protective gloves to keep themselves and our communities safe when applying our treatments. 
  4. We have asked that our technicians to not knock on doors prior to your service to limit contact with your home and your family.
  5. Our vehicles are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before they leave the office, as well as upon return.
  6. Our facility is disinfected and cleaned daily with particular attention to doorknobs/handles, desks and bathrooms.
  7. We are moving to a paperless system to limit the transmission of germs and contact between people, and help the environment. 

We do ask that should you see a Dr. Green employee on your property that we adhere to social distancing and we encourage you to contact our customer care team via phone or email should you have any questions about you application.

We understand that times are still challenging and uncomfortable for everyone and we remain committed to the safety of our customers and employees. Thank you for your continued confidence and support of Dr. Green, where we have the health and wellness of our communities as our first priority.
